Grades
Students can check their grades by logging into their MySlice accounts via the Syracuse University website.* Faculty are responsible for posting grades. Syracuse University does not mail grades home to students.
The Office of Pre-College Programs does not have access to grades; and only students can request transcripts. This is in accordance with Syracuse University policy and FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) regulations.
*If you forgot your netID or password to log onto MySlice, you can reset it using the Information Technology Services Self-Serv page.
Grading System
All noncredit courses will receive a Pass (P) or Fail (F) grade.
Credit-bearing courses will receive an A-F grade. The GPA is on a 4.0 scale.

To request a credit or noncredit transcript, visit the registrar’s web page.

Common App Fee Waiver
When applying through the Common App, Syracuse University pre-college alumni will receive an application fee waiver. The Common App application asks “Do you have a Syracuse University Project Advance (SUPA) or Summer College fee waiver?” Select YES and the fee will be removed.
